不管是在国外还是在外企或者我们接到国外打来的电话和你谈合作，不会用英文打电话怎么行呢？

如何说“喂”当你接到电话对方说话说Hello之后，我们可以说以下两种：
-This is +名字比如This is Cherie
-名字+Speaking 比如Cherie Speaking 我是雪梨
不认识的人给你打电话，你可以问：-May I ask what this is regarding？
如果接到的电话没有来电显示，我们可以用：
-May I ask who is calling？
-Who is this？
骚扰广告电话，怎么应付？-I am not interested， please take me off the list
信号不好-I am sorry，you arebreaking up ，can you repeat that？
-I am having really bad reception，Can you repeat that？
稍等一会- Hang on a sec
- Would you mind hold on a moment please？
大点声-Would you mind speaking up，please？
和朋友打电话-I am glad to hear from you，how are you doing/ how are things going/ how is your day going so far？
- 回答：I am doing great，how about you？
- 你可以回答：I am doing awesome，Thanks for asking
电话那头说得太快，怎么办？Could you pleasespeak a little more slowly，please？
如果通话中你有一些词不确定怎么拼？-Can you spell it？ 你能拼出来么？
-Would you mind spelling that for me？你介意拼写出来给我么？
让对方大点声说话-Would you mind speaking up，please？您能大点声说话么？
给对方打电话，说明你打电话的目的I am calling to cancel my member/ about my credit card 我打电话的目的是取消我的会员/我的会员卡
如果你找到人不在，我可不可以留言？-Can I leave a message？我能够留个信息么？
①如果对方说：
I am busying at this moment， would you mind calling back？
我现在有点忙，你能过一阵子再打来么？
②你可以回复：
sure， when is a good time to call？
好，我什么时候打给你比较方便？
给你打电话非常高兴It‘s been great talking to you。Have a great day！很高兴和你聊天，祝你一天好心情！
